Pennsy Grand Opening

OK, I have a hard time with the concept of a 5k as a "fun-run" but if you marathoners are planning on going to it, well then you just run it for fun and real slow, e.g. recovery run slow, which is always 1-3 min slower than marathon race pace, err on the slower side. Nothing hard or fast that elevates the HR above 70%. Better yet, just bring a bike and ride and go for it with the 15-miles! Perfect way to recover! Let's support Schererville doing their Grand Opening and encourage them to build that 3-mi or so gap North to Munster's built section ASAP!
