This weekend culminates the end of Week 15 in marathon training. This Saturday the Intermediates training schedule calls for the peak final long run of 20-miles. The following Saturday at end of Week 16, Novices run their peak 20-miler.
To date our training represents a solid foundation and once you complete that last 20-mile long-run, all the rooms will have been built. And, with only 2 to 3 weeks to go before marathon race day, all that remains is some finishing and trim-work, then you will be ready to move in!
